    Refunds Not Applicable If:

    • The product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

    • The return request is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

    We allow product exchanges in the case of:

    • Product found expired at the time of delivery

    Conditions for Exchange:

    • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
    • Product must be sealed, unopened, and unused
    • Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

    Exchanges Not Allowed If:
